Our manual blasting offer is designed to provide you with high-quality services for various metal assemblies. In our manual blasting booth, we can handle parts up to 14 meters in length, 2.5 meters in height, and 3.5 meters in width, with a maximum weight of 20 tons.

The meticulous blasting process is carried out in accordance with ISO 8501-1 standards, using steel shot to ensure optimal cleaning, achieving grades between Sa 1 and Sa 3, and obtaining appropriate roughness in the R1–R3 range.

Our competitive prices for manual blasting services start from 2 EUR/sqm + VAT for Sa 1 blasting, and from 12 EUR/sqm for Sa 3 blasting, these varying depending on the type and dimensions of the materials.

Additionally, to prevent rust during transport, we can also offer the application of a weldable primer (passivation) on the parts. This additional option is recommended and can be included in our services, at prices starting from 4.1 EUR/sqm + VAT.
