ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify the merchant immediately, preferably by phone, providing the order number. If the cancellation is accepted, no additional cancellation fees will be applied. If the merchant refuses to cancel the order because the delivery of the content has already been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Orders that have already been shipped will not be refunded in accordance with Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (as per ANPC guidelines).
If the cancellation request was made in time and the merchant accepted the cancellation, we will refund or credit your account with the total amount within up to 7 business days.
The merchant may cancel an order if the product is unavailable for any reason attributable to its platform. In this case, you will be notified if applicable, and any payment made will be refunded.
An order placed by the User may be canceled without prior notice and without any further obligation from either party or the right to claim damages in the following cases:
a) The User’s issuing bank rejects the transaction in the case of online payment;
b) The transaction is invalidated by the card processor approved by our company, in the case of online payment;
c) The data provided by the User on the Platform are incomplete and/or incorrect.
