ORDER DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY

Products from chiulan.ro are available nationwide and will be delivered throughout the country via express courier (FAN Courier or Prioripost, depending on the destination). The standard (average) delivery period ranges between 3-10 business days, plus transportation time (24-48 hours). This information can be found in the description/details section of each product. Our products are custom-made, resulting in a production time of up to 15 business days if the product is not in stock, during holidays, or in exceptional circumstances. During holidays, sales periods, extreme weather events, calamities, or other exceptional situations, the delivery time may be extended beyond our control.

DELIVERY HOURS

Courier-delivered orders will be shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to the address specified in the order. Upon request, the courier may also deliver on Saturdays. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Once the product is handed over to the courier company, chiulan.ro is not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.

COSTS

The standard cost of shipping via FAN Courier is 19 RON, VAT included (valid for locations covered by standard service). For certain locations, additional per-kilometer charges may apply, which can be checked at https://www.fancourier.ro/acoperire/ If you reside in one of these areas, multiple delivery options are available:

  • Pickup from the nearest FAN Courier location
  • Door-to-door delivery with extra charges for additional kilometers
  • Delivery via Prioripost (door-to-door courier service) The standard cost of shipping via Prioripost is 22 RON, VAT included.

RETURNS

The recipient will receive the package against a signature. Upon receipt, it is recommended that products are checked and refused if they do not correspond to the original order or are damaged. If you need to cancel your order before delivery, please contact us at office@chiulan.ro to check the status of your order. If production has not yet started, your request can be honored. Otherwise, we reserve the right to retain the payment and continue with the delivery. If the order has already been delivered, please refer to the Returns section for more details. Repeated return requests from the same customer are considered abusive. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who do not claim their packages within 7 days of courier notification or who refuse packages upon delivery.
