LASER CUTTING SERVICES FOR STEEL | PRECISE, FAST, AND EFFICIENT CUTTING

  • With us, you will find the perfect solution for steel sheet cutting! We offer laser cutting services with a 20 kW laser, 3 m x 12 m table, and material losses as low as 1–2%.

PLASMA CUTTING

Chiulan SRL offers CNC plasma cutting services for steel in the following size range:

    • Thickness: 1,5-40 mm
    • Width 3,1 m
    • Length 13 m

The material can be supplied by the client or from our current stock (S235JR or S355J2). Cutting quality is within range 3-4 according to ISO 9013.

OXY-FUEL CUTTING

Chiulan SRL offers CNC oxy-fuel cutting services for steel in the following size range:

    • Thickness: 6-120 mm
    • Width 3,1 m
    • Length 13 m

The material can be supplied by the client or from our current stock (S235JR or S355J2). Cutting quality is within range 3-4 according to ISO 9013.

We can additionally provide part marking by stamping.

AUTOMATIC BLASTING OF PROFILES AND SHEETS

    We have 2 automatic blasting installations:

    • With our Roesler automatic blasting installation, we can provide automatic blasting services for europrofiles, pipes, and angles, according to ISO 8501-1. Blasting is performed with steel shot, ensuring a cleaning grade between Sa 1 and Sa 2 1/2, and surface roughness in the R3-R4 range. The maximum dimensions of the parts are 12 m x 0.4 m x 0.8 m. Since the blasting is done on a roller conveyor installation, at least one side of the parts must be straight (without gussets, plates, add-ons, etc.).
    • With the Gietart Sprint 2.6 automatic blasting installation, we can provide automatic blasting services for steel sheets, according to ISO 8501-1. Blasting is performed with steel shot, achieving a cleaning grade between Sa 1 and Sa 2 1/2 and surface roughness in the R3-R4 range.

Due to the very high blasting speeds, we can offer blasting services at prices starting from 0.075 EUR/ton + VAT or 2.2 EUR/sqm + VAT, depending on the type and size of the materials.

A protective coating with weldable primer (passivation) for the parts is possible and recommended, at prices starting from 4.1 EUR/sqm + VAT.

MANUAL BLASTING

In our manual blasting booth, we can provide manual blasting services for a wide variety of metal assemblies. The part dimensions can be up to 14 m in length, 2.5 m in height, and 3.5 m in width, with a maximum weight of up to 20 tons.

Blasting is performed according to ISO 8501-1 with steel shot, ensuring a cleaning grade between Sa 1 and Sa 3, and surface roughness in the R1-R3 range.

Manual blasting prices start from 2 EUR/sqm + VAT for Sa 1 blasting, and from 12 EUR/sqm for Sa 3 blasting, depending on the type and size of the materials.

To prevent rust formation during transport, a protective coat with weldable primer (passivation) is possible and recommended, at prices starting from 4.1 EUR/sqm + VAT.
