  • The right to information: the right to receive details regarding the processing activities performed by the blog owner as described in this document;
  • The right of access to data: the right to obtain confirmation from the blog owner regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding processing activities such as the manner in which data is processed, the purpose for which processing is carried out, recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;
  • The right to rectification: the right to obtain, without undue delay, the correction by the blog owner of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data. The correction/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data were sent, unless this proves impossible or would involve disproportionate efforts;
  • The right to deletion of data, without undue delay (“the right to be forgotten”), if one of the following reasons applies:
    • they are no longer necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
    • if consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
    • if the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;
    • if personal data have been processed unlawfully;
    • if personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;
    • if personal data were collected in connection with the offering of information society services in accordance with EU law or domestic law under which the operator falls. It is possible that, following a request to delete data, the blog owner will anonymize these data (thus depriving them of personal character) and continue processing for statistical purposes;
  • The right to restrict processing insofar as:
    • the person disputes the accuracy of the data, for the period that allows us to verify the correctness of the data;
    • processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
    • the operator no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the data subject requires them for establishing, exercising, or defending a legal claim; or
    • the data subject has objected to the processing (other than for direct marketing), for the time period in which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the data subject;
  • The right to data portability: (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as (ii) the right for this data to be transmitted by the website owner to another data operator, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;
  • The right to object: as regards processing activities, this can be exercised by sending a request as indicated below:
    • at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation in which the data subject finds themselves, for data to be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the website owner or on the basis of the public interest, except where the website owner can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
    • at any time, free of charge and without any justification, for data to be processed for direct marketing purposes;
  • The right not to be subject to an automated individual decision: the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects that concern the data subject or significantly affects them in a similar way;
  • The right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, if you consider it necessary.
